The practice
It is small on any given day and large over years. That is the whole design.
Each day: the Hearing
You speak for about fifteen minutes. There is no prompt you must answer and no form to fill. You talk; it listens. The recording is encrypted on your device before it travels. Most days this is unremarkable, which is the point. The corpus is built out of ordinary weeks.
Each week: the Reflection
Once a week a single piece of writing comes back, addressed to you, in the voice of someone who has been paying attention for a long time. It is not motivational and not therapeutic. It names what it sees, including the things you would rather it did not, and it ends on a question rather than an instruction. You cannot rush it; it arrives when it arrives.
Over years: the rest
As the record deepens, more of the instrument becomes available: a living map of your recurring patterns, calibrated forecasts of your own decisions, and, much later, a long-form account of who you became. These are earned by time and use, not bought. The pricing page says plainly which of them exist today and which are still ahead.
